Company Director

James is the founder of Everest Air & Refrigeration Pty Ltd and has over 17 years experience in the industry. The reason James started Everest Air & Refrigeration Pty Ltd is due to his passion and drive for the industry. He has been a technician for many large and successful companies and felt his career was ready to go to the next level. In 2006 James started his career in the HVAC industry as an apprentice up north in the tropics of Cairns. Since then James has completed thousands of service calls and jobs as a qualified technician and has developed high class skills within the industry.

James is a strong believer in making sure jobs are organised properly and the right equipment and tools are on hand when required. The small details of each job is what ensures it is done correctly, safely and environmentally sound.  James also enjoys training new technicians and giving them a chance to have a successful career with in the industry.

James pursuit is to run Everest Air & Refrigeration Pty Ltd as a company that looks after its customers with honest quality workmanship in all aspects of the HVAC industry.

Job Coordinator

Sandhya is responsible for dispatching jobs and ensuring everything runs smooth and on time. Sandhya has a background with organising large teams to work collectively to overcome many problems and task. This includes dealing with complaints and effectively relaying the message to the right person so the best possible outcome can be reached. Time is critical in this industry and Sandhya knows the quicker she can have our technicians out to solve your refrigeration or air conditioning problem the better. Sandhya goal everyday is to make sure everything is organised so the team can do what they do best which is fix, clean and install air conditioners and refrigeration units!

3rd year Apprentice

Lachlan is the newest member to join the team who has bought strength and dedication to the team. Lachlan has recently started an apprenticeship and is on his way to becoming a fully qualified technician. Lachlan has shown that he is always willing to learn and has picked up some key skills already. We are happy to have Lachlan join the team.
